I currently accept United Healthcare and private-pay clients. For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement, when applicable.
Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by cash, check, or major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Clients are responsible for any applicable deductible, copayment, coinsurance, or private-pay balance.
